These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of CircleFinds and its related services. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
1. Use of the service
CircleFinds is designed to help people discover and share product recommendations within trusted circles. You agree not to use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes.
2. Your content and activity
You are responsible for the product links, ratings, reviews, images, and other content you submit. Please make sure what you share is accurate, lawful, and respectful of others.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any device used to access CircleFinds. Notify us if you believe there has been unauthorized access or misuse.
4. Platform availability
We aim to keep CircleFinds available and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or that all product information shared by users will always be complete or correct.
5. Acceptable use and enforcement
CircleFinds has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes content or behavior that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise abusive toward another person.
If you see a review, seek request, or user that violates this policy, use the Report option available on that content or profile within the app to flag it for our review. You can also Block any user directly from their profile — blocking immediately removes their content from your feed and search results, and ends any follow relationship between you.
We review every report and act on it within 24 hours of it being filed — removing violating content and, where warranted, removing the user responsible for it from CircleFinds entirely. We may also remove content or suspend access at any time when behavior or content appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or in violation of these terms or our child safety standards.
6. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the app, its features, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of CircleFinds after updates means you accept the revised terms.
